Publican


Started out with this little number. Apples, walnuts, and pomegranite seeds worked well with fresh honey and creamy goat's milk ricotta.

 Hashbrowns were extra crispy and totally hit the spot. In my opinion, second only to Au Cheval.

 Chachouka is a North African stew I hadn't heard of before. Basically a tomato and pepper stew with eggs and cauliflower. Just the peferect amount of spice. Truly delightful.

My first experience with eggs poached in wine, hopefully not my last. The bernaise sauce added a decadent touch. Wonderful served over sourdough bread. The prosciutto was exceptional as well.
